Q2 Can I return a product?

All Sita Jewelry items are ‘Bespoke‘, custom made to the exact requirements of our clients. For this reason we cannot offer a return of an order. Returns are only accepted in the unlikely event of your order being damaged upon arrival. ‘We Must Be notified Via Email Within 7 Days Of Receipt Of Your Order‘, or we cannot issue a refund. Contact our Returns Authorization Department via email at ‘RAD@sitajewelry.com’ so we can get authorization and issue you with return shipping instructions. The merchandise must be returned in its original ‘Unworn‘ condition.

Upon receipt of you item, our Quality Control department will inspect each item, making sure it has been returned in its original condition with original packaging. Also we examine for signs of wear and tear and that the items have not been personalized with engravings etc. Only on passing of all of these inspections, can a refund for the full purchase amount be issued.

Any additional duties and shipping costs that you may have incurred upon delivery to you, or for the said items being returned to Sita Jewelry will not be factored into the refundable amount.

We Refund The Original Purchase Receipt Amount Only‘, in full. Payment will be made via ‘Swift‘ transaction from our Thailand Bank account (Less transaction costs), to your bank, using the details that you issued us with upon commencement of your order.
Sita Jewelry L.P. will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
