Q3 Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately all Sita Jewelry items are custom designed and tailor made to the clients’ wishes and instructions. Every effort is made to ensure that your chosen jewelry is exactly as you requested. We have a procedure of constant client contact throughout the design and ordering process to eliminate all clients concerns and worries. Please view one of our case studies to get a better understanding of this process. This can be found under our ‘Case Studies’ section. As all our products are unique bespoke creations; we therefore cannot exchange any Sita Jewelry item.

That said; we always endeavor to give our clients complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your Sita Jewelry order, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order, explaining your situation and the reasons why you are not 100% satisfied. Email our customer services department at ‘customerservices@sitajewelry.com.’ We will try our utmost to resolve you concerns and bring about an acceptable outcome for both parties.
